Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Neoatelier AI Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal data when you use the neovisible website at neovisible.ai (the “Site”).
We are a company licensed in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates.

For product and brand identity we use the name neovisible. For legal and privacy purposes, the controller of personal data described in this Policy is Neoatelier AI Technologies Ltd.
Scope
This Policy applies to the neovisible marketing Site and to personal data we receive through it (including the waitlist). It does not cover third-party websites or other products that have their own privacy notices (including neoatelier.ai or neofashion.ai, unless they expressly adopt this Policy).
What we collect
Waitlist. If you join the waitlist, we collect the information you provide: work email and, optionally, a website URL. The form may include a honeypot field used only to help reduce automated spam; it is not intended for human input. We may also derive a one-way hash of your network address for rate limiting (we do not store the raw IP for waitlist records).
Technical and hosting data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the Site (for example IP address, browser type, date and time of access, and similar server or security logs). We do not operate a separate analytics or advertising measurement program on the Site as of the date above.
We do not currently offer public paid checkout on this Site. If Deep Audit pilot checkout or accounts are enabled later, we will update this Policy before collecting payment or account data.
How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- manage waitlist access and early Snapshot outreach;
- operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- reduce abuse and spam (including rate limits); and
- comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use waitlist data for advertising profiling.
Cookies and local storage
As of the date of this Policy:
- We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or similar tracking technologies for advertising or cross-site tracking on the Site.
- Our hosting infrastructure may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for security, load balancing, or delivery of the Site.
Because we do not use non-essential tracking cookies on the Site today, we do not present a cookie consent banner. If that changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, provide appropriate choices before enabling non-essential tracking.
How we share personal data
We share personal data only as needed to operate the Site and respond to you:
- Supabase — stores waitlist signups via our server endpoint and related infrastructure.
- Vercel — hosts and serves the Site and may process technical data as our hosting provider.
These providers act on our instructions as service providers / processors for the purposes described above. We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or competent authority, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We do not share waitlist contents with advertising networks.
International processing
The Site is available globally. Personal data may be processed in the United Arab Emirates and in other countries where we or our providers (including Supabase and Vercel) operate. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we do so in connection with the purposes described in this Policy and with appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards as available from our providers.
Retention
- Waitlist records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for early access, launch communications, and ordinary business record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Hosting and security logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s practices and our operational needs.
When personal data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law (including, where relevant, DIFC data protection law), you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to ask questions about our processing.
To make a request, email hello@neovisible.ai or hello@neoatelier.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. For DIFC-related matters, that may include the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.
Children
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact hello@neovisible.ai and we will take appropriate steps.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of a marketing website and waitlist. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you should review the revised Policy.
